Identify functional failures through trouble shooting methods and make decisions to replace or rebuild failed component.
Routine maintenance on all equipment: Inspections, filters change, oil change, grease, purge clogged lines and document findings.
Trouble shoot electrical components motor starters, solid state relays, overloads, fuses, safety circuits, motors, solenoids.
Pneumatic equipment trouble shooting slide gates, blow down devices, solenoids.
