- To assist Macmillan Education to realise agreed print/digital sales targets for the defined region
- Under the direction of the line manager to organise, carry out and report on an extensive programme of visits to all types of educational institutions- specifically universities, retailers and distribution partners in the territory
- Promote print/digital products
- Attend major conferences and events in the territory, giving product presentations when required to generate leads and build awareness of Macmillan Education product
- Collect and collate market intelligence on print/digital products; report back on digital trends in the region and proactively provide input on market-specific requirements
- Providing product advice to schools and booksellers
- Participating in product launch campaigns
- Collating market information and product feedback
- Regularly update the CRM
- Developing and feeding into a Pipeline
- Key Account Management with a solution selling approach
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrable experience of meeting targets
- Consultative sales approach
- Knowledge of the Turkiye University ELT market and education system and/or educational publishing
- Confident user of technology including Microsoft Suite.
- Presentation skills - face to face and remote in relation to marketing activities and for sales meetings
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Full, clean driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region as part of the position
- Bachelors Degree or Masters
