Today our clients represent the biggest names in entertainment, tech, consumer brands, and sports and video games, and our impact touches the lives of billions of people around the globe. #FandomIsOurJam We're Looking For Position Overview: As an IT Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems for the global offices. Key Responsibilities User Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via ticketing tool, chat or in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime. Assist users with technology-related questions and concerns. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components. Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues. Maintain the IT asset Inventory and ensure the fulfilment is in place always. Liaise with vendors like Dell, Third-Party for getting the hardware issues resolved. Network Administration: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and issue resolution on Confluence. Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic IT functions and best practices. Handle the downstream workloads from IT Security to remediate issues. Qualifications It'll be helpful if you have: 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field. Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS. Experience & working knowledge collaboration tools such as O365, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams. Experience & working knowledge of ticket logging platforms such as Atera, Jira Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktops or AWS Workspaces Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with IT security best practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Desire to learn new technologies in a fast evolving environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Desires/Preferred Certifications: ITIL V3 or ITIL V4.
