- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive franchise and reseller growth, focusing on logistics and supply chain industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and resellers, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify key opportunities for expansion.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events. Qualify leads to determine their suitability as franchisees or resellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees and resellers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise and reseller agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Coordinate training programs for franchisees and resellers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's services.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's franchise and reseller opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in franchise and reseller sales, preferably within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and innovative approach to sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
- This is a full-time position.
