Lawyered is developing a legal-tech platform to help commercial and private vehicle owners effortlessly tackle on-road legal issues on-the-spot, backed by our network of 70K lawyers covering 98% of the pin-codes and tech-driven interventions.ROLE DESCRIPTIONLOTS Lawyer On the Spot is seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchise and Reseller Sales Manager with a background in logistics and supply chain.The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive franchise and reseller growth and profitability.This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Franchisees and Resellers.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's footprint in the legal & Automobile industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESa) Franchise and Reseller Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive franchise and reseller growth, focusing on logistics and supply chain industry professionals.
b) Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchisees and resellers, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify key opportunities for expansion.
c) Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events. Qualify leads to determine their suitability as franchisees or resellers.
d) Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees and resellers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
e) Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise and reseller agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
f) Training and Support:
  • Coordinate training programs for franchisees and resellers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's services.
g) Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze sales data to measure performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
h) Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives.
i) Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
j) Industry Engagement:
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote LOTS Lawyer On the Spot's franchise and reseller opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.
QUALIFICATIONSa) Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in franchise and reseller sales, preferably within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
b) Desirable:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and innovative approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.

  • This is a full-time position.
