Riverside At Home is building a world-class sales organization to fuel the growth of our four agencies: Home Health, In-Home Private Care, Palliative Care and Hospice Care. This role will serve as the front-line sales support for our organization to identify, engage, and acquire the largest market share of referring healthcare providers and the patients they refer across all segments of our industry. The Account Executive is responsible for managing professional relationships with providers and for producing sustained growth in admissions.What you will do
  • Monitors sales targets and analyzes reports for their assigned territory.
  • Manages and develops a set of assigned accounts to increase service, as well as identifies potential customers and sets approach strategies to meet/exceed monthly admission targets in hospice and home health for assigned territory.
  • Develops strong and long-term client relationships.
  • Provides liaison services between clients and homecare agencies in territory.
  • Takes ownership of territory initiatives and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Supports Clients and resolves issues and handles complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Gets feedback and suggests ways to increase customer engagement to leadership of agencies.
QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelors Degree, Marketing, Sales, Business or Medical field or 5 years of healthcare related sales experience in lieu of degree (Required)
Experience
  • 2 years Sales experience with Bachelors Degree (Required)
  • 5-6 years Healthcare related sales experience in lieu of degree (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Drivers License Required
