Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) • Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
  • Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people's life at home.
  • Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies throughout the store while creating a good overview and strong visual impact.
  • Recruiting, developing and leading your team.
  • Providing active support in developing the department action plan using layout as a commercial tool as well as range presentation and vitality initiatives that are focused on growing the business and supporting long-term profitability and execute agreed plans together with the Com&In team and other functions.
  • Acting to exploit commercial opportunities and ensure the Visual Merchandising/Activity co-workers understand the impact of Com&In actions on the financial result.
  • Ensuring that Visual Merchandising/Activity co-workers base their work on the layout as a commercial tool and execute range presentation solutions with high quality, simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency by applying national directions and using global tools and best practices.
