- Ownership and development of a healthy and robust new business pipeline that drives revenue growth and expands our client base.
- Conversion, in collaboration with brilliant and fun cross-craft teammates, of the new business pipeline to paid engagements and smooth handoff of these relationships to our leaders in Client Service and Program Delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, industry developments, and customer insights to develop Tangible’s Growth Strategy and the Tactical Plan to realize that strategy over the next 3 to 5 years.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team (Founder & General Manager) to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives and long-term strategic vision.
- Be an active member of Tangible’s SteerCo, a focused group of cross-craft leaders responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the organization to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives that are critical to Tangible’s success.
- Leverage your extensive agency experience and network to develop and foster lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop compelling proposals and strategies that win new accounts.
- Collaborate with our Client Service Craft Lead lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with Tangible from the moment of first meeting through the lifetime of our partnership.
- In partnership with our Senior Director, Operations and other experts in Finance, Talent & Resource Management):
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing structures to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Identify the right Tangible team, both roles and casting, required to achieve client outcomes.
- Lead the development of innovative marketing and communications efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients; collaborating with team members to execute the work and measure effectiveness against pre-defined KPIs.
- Represent Tangible at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our professional network.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth and increasing revenue in a creative agency or consultancy.
- Knowledge of the creative industry, including product marketing, design, and digital media, with a familiarity of common agency processes and best practices.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue projections.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus.
- Must have 10 to 15 years of direct creative agency sales experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role.
- Experience working with marketing professionals or performing marketing functions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- This is a full-time salaried position with a combination of base pay and incentive bonus pay.

- Tangible supplies each employee with a computer, to be used for the purposes of work that will come preloaded with the software / licenses needed to do your job.
- Other personal equipment and peripheral devices (such as personal phones, monitors, printers, etc.) are not provided, but Tangible provides a small monthly stipend to support personal devices and internet costs.
