Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals (talent sourcing) Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our open roles Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates (candidate screening) Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process Develop and nurture talent communities and talent pools within specific industries or skill sets Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, particularly utilizing LinkedIn and other professional networks Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting
