Your area of work:New Issuance services and automation plays a key role in the lifecycle of financial securities at Clearstream. The team is responsible for an accurate and timely setup of International financial Securities. The securities are accepted based on data provided by various market participants and are checked against Clearstream eligibility requirements prior to opening them in the Clearstream database. Few services which we cover in this team; CSK (Common safe keeper) , ICA (Integrated code activation) Tefra D, BV and robotics platforms such us Albert and Dominic.Your responsibilities:

Processing of emission of new financial Securities for different financial entities
Creation/acceptance of Financial Securities (assigning ISIN codes) for all Clearstream eligible instruments on International markets.
Handling of various internal and external queries and close cooperation with other New Issues, Income and Corporate Event teams in Prague, Singapore, Luxembourg, London.
Liaising with international depositories and various financial agents.
Chasing of missing/unclear information from market participants.
Answering of all Customer Service queries related to New Issues.

Your profile:

Good analytical skills and care for detail.
Experience in Back Office is considered as advantage
Good communication skills: both oral and written.
Willingness to learn, dedication, team work, flexibility.
Graduates are also welcomed

We offer position in friendly international team and we can provide Training of the necessary knowledge, therefore no previous experience in the sector is needed. We are searching for communicative person who is dedicated and willing to learn.
