- Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Understand and communicate customers’ demands, roadblocks, and growth targets to appropriate team members and develop plan to satisfy customers’ requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
- Work with customers’ engineering, marketing, and sourcing teams to ensure the products meet the specifications and support in solving problems with product usag
- Collaborate with CSRs and other team members to encourage and facilitate seamless customer engagement and interaction with the customers
- Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong direct customer contacts and positive and proactive relationships with all levels of strategic OEM customers
- Develop and manage customer profiles, competitor profiles, market intelligence information, and routinely report to management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field
- 3 years of experience focused in HVAC and/or related industries required, OEM sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with salesforce software preferred
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- 50%+ travel is required
