Job SummaryThis person works with catering clients to plan and design catering menus (such as breakfasts, lunches, dinners, beverage service, etc.). Input into CaterPlus all orders except those handled by the Sales Associate 2. The Lead Sales Associate will handle record keeping of employee attendance reports, FTE reports and Sales ledgers. The job requires this person to be innovative and able to work independently. Also, it requires good public relations skills & phone skills. This job is important because this person contributes toward the goal of $1.7 million + in revenue. This person must be a problem solver, because they cover for the manager, in regard to customer issues, when the manager is away.   • Catering Sales expereience
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff/clients, including telephone, verbal and written
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions within scope of the job.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate of Arts Degree in Food Service Management or Business Administration.
