Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, this role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can execute campaigns with precision, manage data intricacies, ensure global compliance, and drive marketing automation initiatives using HubSpot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.What will you focus on?:Campaign Development & Monitoring:Work with Product Marketing & Demand Gen teams to own the complete setup and deployment of marketing campaigns using HubSpot (MAT).Construct and roll-out key campaign assets such as forms, workflows, email campaigns, and lead direction mechanisms.Assist Product Marketing and Customer Success teams with Customer communication emails.Ensure campaigns and tracking are properly set up to assess the scope and effectiveness of each campaign.Q/A and review all assets (landing pages, workflows, emails, forms, etc.) prior to launching.Marketing Automation Tool Improvements:Maintain integrations with third-party tools, including but not limited to Zoom.us, ZoomInfo, and Zapier.Develop proper workflow strategies, lead scoring models, and landing page automation additions.Continuously evaluate HubSpot features and functionality, suggesting enhancements or alternatives when needed.Address any technical challenges that may impede campaign outcomes or the functionality of utilized tools.Process Enhancement:Periodically evaluate current marketing operations to pinpoint potential enhancements.Develop and employ strategies and tech solutions to refine marketing processes, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and scalability.Construct clear process guidelines, providing training to the team to ensure best practices are consistently applied.What we expect from you:You have the mindset of an entrepreneur and can navigate a large organization. Comfortable owning strategy while also happy and willing to get your hands dirty in the tactical details.You have a broad range of marketing skills to be successful including marketing communications (written and verbal) and data analytics.You are proactive and outgoing with a get-it-done attitude.You have demonstrated B2B experience within software companies (data intelligence solutions would be a plus).You have experience across the full marketing mix –strong digital marketing and analytics expertise is required.You bring strong project management skills and experience working in a global matrix management culture. You can manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously.You are metrics-driven and analytical.
