- Sales Management experience particularly in a home services or construction/remodeling industry for a relationship and consultative selling team that serves a high-end target client and manages business account relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and sales, preferably in the home services or remodeling industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven track record of success in personal sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing accounts
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dual-role environment, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team while also driving personal sales performance
- Proficiency in using CAD software for design and pricing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and Traction a plus
- Proven ability to recruit, interview and hire best qualified candidates.

- Company office, shop and showroom located in Chantilly, Virginia
- Direct and oversee a 6-8 person sales team extending support, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
- Evaluate and respond to closing rates, detect trends, and initiate strategies for sales performance enhancement
- Act in the capacity of a coach and mentor, holding frequent individual meetings and performance assessments to offer tailored growth opportunities
- Actively engage in sales activities to contribute to revenue generation, following the responsibilities outlined in the design consultant/account manager job description
- Support sales representatives in finalizing sales through guidance, negotiation tactics, and utilizing your home remodeling industry knowledge
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives
- Ensure alignment with company values, promoting a culture of integrity, ownership and collaboration
- Develop and maintain all sales training procedures and support materials.
- Provide ongoing training, development, and support to enhance team performance and uphold company standards
- Oversee the design, maintenance and organization of the company showroom. Partner with marketing to ensure the showroom is properly stocked with samples, marketing collateral, digital/physical sales assets and is appropriately staged and updated ensuring it reflects our commitment to clarity and professionalism.
- Drive innovation and adaptation, embracing new technologies and processes to stay ahead in the industry, while actively seeking input and feedback from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement
- Skillfully oversee both personal and team sales pipelines and opportunities, ensuring efficient prioritization, timely follow-up on inquiries, and smooth progression of deals through the sales process
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), meticulously analyze reports and data to recommend strategic sales, pricing, and profitability decisions, driving optimal outcomes for the business.
- Work with the Director of Business Development to develop and retain partners
- Participate on the company’s Management team
- Actively participate in weekly management team meetings and quarterly/annual planning day
- Lead and participate in quarterly projects (diamonds)
