product knowledge within set timeframe
parts in accordance with standard operating procedures
to standard operating procedures and matrix reports
to customers and process orders timeously

ADMINISTRATION

that all parts are charged when issued
all returns not invoice and ensure credit notes are issued timeously.
that all communications are done timeously.

HOUSEKEEPING

that parts department is neat and tidy and includes marketing displays
that all parts are stored in accordance with standards.

RECEIVING AND BINNING

that incoming goods are accurate, reporting all discrepancies and damages.
all received parts accurately
correct marking on parts to be binned
that binned parts are in saleable condition

RequirementsQualifications:

Min: Grade 12

Experience:

knowledge of low spec agricultural machines and equipment
