- Being part of the project leadership team and the extended generation leadership team, supporting the culture and strategy of Mercury for safe and successful outcomes
- Own and continuously improve the project delivery standard, ensuring the project team applies the standard. Own training and competency for the team
- Report on portfolio health and project reporting, focusing on value-based decision making and tracking project benefits
- Assess feedback from stakeholders and contractors to enhance team performance. Support key contractor relationship meetings and performance.
- Significant project delivery leadership experience and experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Graduate degree or higher diploma in Engineering or related discipline preferred. PMP certification desirable
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and governance
- Experience in heavy engineering and managing complex projects involving major contracts
- Additional 5 days leave per annum (MyDays)
