- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and ensure appropriate care plans are developed and implemented in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance quality of care and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, clients, families, and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, surveys, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in home health or a related healthcare setting, with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to home health services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing environments.
