5+ years of plumbing experience
Knowledge of heating and radiant heat systems
Proficiency in reading plans and drawings
Physical ability to meet the rigors of plumbing and construction
Willingness to lead apprentices
Strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Having these traits would also be beneficial:
7-10 years of plumbing experience is a plus
Working toward or having your master's plumbing license is desirable
