- Manage programmatic and biddable platforms like Snapchat, Facebook, Google & DV360
- Should have an in-depth understanding of Google, Meta, and DV360 platforms focusing on performance marketing.
- Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of digital campaigns, from ideation and media planning to creative communication.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to guide ongoing optimizations.
- Handle a significant digital marketing budget across multiple platforms.
- Analytics and Data Management: Utilize various analytical tools to extract data, analyze performance drivers, and leverage insights for strategic decisions. Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and planning tools like Branch, Appsflyer, and DCM is essential.
- Customer Insight and Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, segmentation, and targeting to enhance communication precision and effectiveness. Identify optimal communication strategies to engage users at key moments and drive conversion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, tech, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and enhance the customer journey, aiming to improve subscription conversions. Manage relationships with global, local, and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and campaign execution.
- Team Leadership and Experience: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development. Required to have 6-8 years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a strong background in conversion-based or ROAS-centric roles, preferably in consumer tech.
- Strong digital marketing acumen combined with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling large-scale digital marketing budgets and a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, and performance monitoring
- Ability to analyze data on a regular basis to drive key insights & applications to live campaigns
- 5+ years of experience (as per company benchmark) in growth/digital marketing.
- Strong background with conversion-based or ROAS clients, including Consumer tech (app-based).
- Experience in working with a multi-crore digital marketing budget.
- In-depth, hands-on experience in managing programmatic & biddable platforms like Snapchat, Facebook, DV360, etc.
- Exposure of running campaigns using 1st party and 3rd party data.
- Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Branch, AppsFlyer, DCM, etc.).
