Partnership – Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for Italy, will make an impact:Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition Europe & Emerging Markets, this role will work closely with Viatris HR and Business Unit Leaders to identify and hire high caliber talent for positions across Italy and pan-European region. We are looking for an individual who is resourceful and creative, shows initiative and persistence, and has strong organizational skills. This individual should be self-motivated and capable of achieving results.Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the posting of job ads, reviewing and shortlisting incoming applications, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process; use Viatris recruitment tools throughout the process (Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn recruiter, etc)
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting, including developing sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse, qualified candidate pool for management consideration.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand emerging trends & opportunities that impact and influence recruitment activities.
- Lead kickoff meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details, search plans, industry information, industry contacts, etc. to develop recruitment strategies. Analyze market descriptions and data.
- Establish strong business relationships with the business leaders to develop an in-depth knowledge of their recruitment needs.
- Deliver and negotiate role offers (in partnership with the hiring manager) with candidates, including coordinating and explaining salary packages, benefits, and relocation.
- Continue to build our talent brand through internal partnerships, hosted events, and external channel engagement.
- Responsible for delivering and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPI, working closely with the Shared Service team.
- Engage in regionally led recruitment-related projects to improve the process, assess new technology, and expand the business's service offering.
You should have some or most of the following:
- At least 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or technical environment.
- Possess strong execution capability, able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration, and build stakeholder trust and relationships
- Desired experience working with a Talent Center of Excellence and HR Shared service model.
- Authenticity and problem-solving abilities, along with a strong desire to continue to learn and grow professionally,
- We are looking for a highly driven, focused, multi-task ability and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage, along with strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, are required
- Must be able to work efficiently within a small team and individually
- Proficiency in English, Italian language required, Romanian ideally
