- Write articles, technical publications, and awards.
- Technical review and update test plans, test reports and office briefing material.
- Provides technical support to Senior Flight Test Engineer for End-of the Year (EOY) report.
- Configuration management and version control of official documents.
- Track technical documentation for due dates.
- Work with security for proper markings and review.
- Coordinate with Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) on release of reports.
- Coordinating all with the author on progress and due dates.
- Manage document control for REAP and RAPP with the Lead Technical Engineer (LTE) and Deputy LTE.
- Manage document control for EOY reports and track deadlines.
- Support NEO Data Management Strategy for reporting, photos, and videos from a technical writing perspective.
- Assist in determining path for archiving NEO-related video, articles, etc.
- Templates for reports, test plans, and other appropriate documents.
- Process documents per SOPs.
- Assist in preparation of briefs and videos to support NEO mission with Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology (DAiTA) communications team.
- Assist in coordinating graphics for presentations with DAiTA communications team.
- Coordination of additional support for communication (videographer, editors, photography).
- Interface with NAWCAD PAO/Security for release of documents tied to NEO projects.
- Submit items to store front for public release.
- Assist in the preparation and creation of posters and other necessary media materials for industry day, VIP-type events, demonstration events and promotion events.
- Signs, banners, lanyards, brochures
- Submit completed 5720 forms and supporting materials to store front for public release approval.
- Track award due dates.
- Brainstorm types of awards to determine on which ones will go forward.
- Draft award inputs with team submissions.
- Upon Director approval provides final draft to DAiTA team.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- ALLOWABLE SUBSITIUTIONS:
- Associates Degree with an additional two (2) years of relevant work experience. At least three (3) of the five (5) years of experience must be within the last five (5) years.
- Three (3) or more years of experience performing duties described in the description.
- At least three (3) years of experience must be within the last four (4) years.
- The employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. Both CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
