- Manage general bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, with expertise in functions such as the data review feature, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
- Payroll Management:
- Handle all aspects of payroll processing for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist with financial reports and statements to provide clients with insights into their financial performance.
- Client Relations:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client inquiries and provide guidance on accounting matters.
- Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 EST
- 5-10 years experience in accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop (Premier Accountant).
- Proficiency in payroll processing and related regulations.
- Ability to reconcile ledgers and conduct bulk review using Client Data Review.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
