We are seeking a talented Conversion Agent to join our team in Moscow. As a Conversion Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing conversions, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
Implement conversion strategies to turn leads into active customers
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the conversion process

Requirements:

Proven experience in conversion optimization or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Fluency in Italian, French and English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
