Company DescriptionFor our Primary Plastic Packaging division, we are seeking a skilled Smart Factory Coordinator who will spearhead all Smart Factory initiatives, supported by Headquarters and other Business Units. The primary focus will be at our Bolesławiec plant in Poland, with additional responsibilities for projects in Denmark and Spain. We offer the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode.Job Description-Lead and manage smart factory projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration across Primary Plastic Packaging facilities.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.-Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations through digital solutions.-Interact with personnel at all levels across the site to understand their needs, challenges, and perspectives on process improvements.-Coordinate initiatives and ideas with the global Smart Factory team.-Coordination and requirements management for our future divisional Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and connected peripheral systems (including machine data connection, SAP SAC, Grafana, Power BI).-Connection of new systems and maintenance of connected systems.-Responsibility for the operation of the machine data connection and support with the connection of new machines.Qualifications-Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related disciplines.-Experience in supporting smart factory applications.-Understanding modeling applications, data structures, IT infrastructure and the integration of industrial plants.-Experience in the design of communication infrastructures, associated standards and protocols (e.g. OPC UA, MQTT) and their implementation in IoT devices and backend interfaces.-Good understanding of production processes and interrelationships.-Experience with agile project management methods such as Scrum.-Independent, structured way of working, communication skills and a high degree of quality awareness.-Fluent in English.- Knowledge about injection processes or a willingness to learn would be highly advantageous.Additional InformationWe offer:-Stable employment in a rapidly growing organization.
