- Staff 1 (Terminal C): Start at 8: 30 AM, then assist Terminal B until 1: 30 PM.
- Staff 2 (Terminal B): Start at 8: 30 AM, leave at 2: 30 PM after final arrivals.
- Staff 3 (Terminal A to C): Start at 10: 00 AM, stay at Terminal C until 5: 00 PM.
- Staff 4 (Lead/Assist): Start at 10: 00 AM, assist as needed, stay until 5: 00 PM.
- Professional attire: Black slacks, black blazer, comfortable shoes
- Combed hair and a bubbly personality
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and drivers
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Greet guests warmly and confirm their names before directing them to their transportation
- Use the designated app to check guests in and notify drivers for pickup
- Coordinate with the off-site Event Manager, to handle any issues
- Ensure all terminals are staffed efficiently, especially during high-traffic flight arrivals
- Submit parking receipts for reimbursement
