- Oversee a team for professional photography and videography, including post-production processes.
- Manage and improve creator network content, materials, and education to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with company leaders to align media operations with business goals, optimizing for quality, cost, and speed.
- Foster strong relationships with freelance photographers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional partners, ensuring high satisfaction and meeting company demand.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a global setting.
- Deep understanding of media production processes and operational efficiency.
- Strong financial management skills with a focus on ROI and budget management.
