As a Payments Operations Manager, you will be a vital leader in the global operations team specialising in supporting digital payments across all of Entain's brands. You will manage the Payments Operations Team to ensure KPIs and SLAs meet the current business needs and assure that the short- and long-term targets are reached with the proper team structure in place.Reporting to the Head of Payments Operations, you will be part of the Payments Operations team, who are responsible for supporting digital payments across all of Entain's brands.Are you ready to launch a winning career?What you will do
  • Oversee a high performing team. Engage with Senior management on key payment business and operational activities. Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and payment providers, including leading key payment initiatives and represent the function in cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure Payments Operations remain a high performing team by refining/redefining, executing, and communicating operational processes, standards, and best practices that work flawlessly and minimize firefighting.
  • Design and drive operational planning and improvement activities with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective, analytically-driven and strategic operating decisions to support payments performance short/medium/long-term.
Who you are
  • Strong experience in digital tech company, consulting firm, payments provider, strategy, or operations role.
  • An aptitude for operations with a balance of process improvement, analytical, people management expertise.
  • Experience as a people manager leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience - including managing multiple partners simultaneously and working on multiple projects and with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to present business and technical issues (small or large audiences), ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats.
