Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, including data visualizations, charts, and infographics to enhance presentations, reports, and other written correspondence. Assist in preparing clear and concise email, memorandums, and policy letters related to the organization's projects. Collaborate with various departments to arrange and execute presentations, classes, and events hosted by the USPFO. Develop and publish graphic design standards based on established Army graphic design standards. These published design standards will be based on principals of design such as contrast, balance, emphasis, proportion, hierarchy, repetition, rhythm, patter, white space, movement, variety, and continuity.2. Performs work related to the practical and technical aspects of office administration assistance for projects/programs including issues related to budgeting, supply management and purchasing, personnel administration, time keeping, data processing, project tracking and files management. Work requires an in-depth understanding of the organizations mission and how the functional areas interrelate along with a broad understanding and procedural knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, personnel and information processing so that the incumbent can perform duties and advise on how to apply budgeting, purchasing, personnel and information processing procedures. Collects data for office operations, analyzes the data, sets up controls to monitor them and independently troubleshoots as needed.3. May perform or contribute to other duties in support of unique one-of-a-kind and non-recurring projects/programs.RequirementsConditions of Employment
