Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace
Under general supervision, assists in the daily operations of the Fire Life Safety Section
Resolves deficiencies and problems reported by stakeholders and assists with the corrective action
Assists in drafting and implementing operating policies and procedures, reports and documentation
Maintains stakeholder service standards and ensures customers receive timely assistance and accurate information
Processes service requests, responds to complaints, and provides stakeholder guidance
Plan, coordinate and schedule Fire Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (FITM) for assets for various Fire Life Safety systems and infrastructure
Assist in vendor onboarding in meeting TSMC requirements such as badging, accessing, security compliance
Coordinate with trade partners supporting FLS activities, in office and in the field
Process purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor payments, and ordering consumables
Assist with system asset lists and facility/ FITM database tracking system

Experience with managing Fire Life Safety systems, ideally in a industrial setting is preferred
Minimum High School graduation or GED
Familiar with computer equipment, and capable of operating or learning specialized computer software systems
Computer skills including the ability to operate corporate email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications at a highly proficient level
Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
