  • Oversee and approve orders, exchanges, repairs, and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage call center operations, ensuring timely responses and efficient workload distribution.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions-focused leadership.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the customer service team to meet performance goals.
  • Identify gaps in team knowledge and recommend targeted training initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all interactions.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior leadership to improve customer service strategies.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, apparel, or fashion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent); bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
  • Experience in bridal sales or garment construction.
  • Basic alterations or sewing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems.
Salary:$70,000 – $80,000Salary is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JPSearch.
