Long Term Substitute Bus/Lunch Monitor WECC

- 8:00 – 9:00 AM Bus Run
- Receive students from parent/guardian at each stop
- Have parent/guardian sign child in
- Buckle children into seatbelts
- Upon arrival at school: each monitor would be assigned to a specific set of classrooms to support:
- 9:00 - 9:45 Breakfast & toileting routines
- 9:45 - 11:00 Provide coverage for teachers so they can observe colleagues, meet with a coach, or provide extra support
- 11:00 - 11:30 Lunch Break
- 11:30 - 2:00 Cover 5 lunches
- 2:00 – 2:30 Snack & toileting routines
- 2:30-2:45 Collect students for bus
- 2:45 – 4:00 PM Bus Run
- Load and buckle students on the bus
- Check the ID of an adult getting child off of the bus (needs to be the parent or on the emergency list)
- Obtain parent/guardian signatures as students are dropped off at their stop
- Contact the school office over any child being returned to school (so that office can contact the family for pick up)
