- Oversee the setup of Wi-Fi, gas, electric, and other amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with utility providers for accurate and timely billing of water, gas, and electric services.
- Lead a team in managing utility-related tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Review supplier utility rates annually to ensure cost-saving opportunities are identified.
- Ensure accurate tax payments are made on time for all properties.
- Previous experience in utility or property management preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic understanding of utilities and billing processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You have working knowledge of Handling Payments, Managing Utility Requirements, Microsoft Office and Software Applications
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
