Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver to join our team in Hickman, KY at our Paducah location. This is a part-time, hourly position that provides healthcare and medical support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.Compensation & Benefits:

- Provide in-home care services to clients based on individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor patient's health and well-being
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily care activities
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide updates on care and address any concerns or issues
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans as directed
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
