Join us on this thrilling adventure as we redefine what's possible together!Drive change where the standards do not meet proper practicesResponsible for Managing Daily Improvements (MDI) KPI’s and meetings.Using data and other inputs, identify, prioritize, and deliver on business and customer needs, including managing Work In Progress (WIP)Execute a 6S approach in manufacturing practicesContribute to strategic plans and manufacturing programs including Kaizen and other lean approachesManage and mentor 20+ direct reports to include personal development plans and team buildingIdentify, prioritize and lead cost reduction initiatives to deliver on financial projectionsWhat you need-Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of equivalent experience will be considered, in addition to the requirement below6 years of manufacturing, leadership, operations, logistics, or relevant experience -requiredExperience in problem solving methods such as A3, 5 whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8 step problem solving, or 6S experience “preferred”Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
