Summary : The Staffing Resources Coordinator provides staffing and scheduling support to seven ThedaCare Hospitals and their designated departments within a complex health system.Job Description:Schedule: Monday - Friday6 AM - 11 AM OSP - AppletonKey AccountabilitiesUtilizes scheduling software to effectively schedule team members through complex scenarios to avoid scheduling conflicts or delay in service.Provides an accurate depiction of system census and staffing to proactively problem solve and optimize resource utilization.Collaborates with multiple departments/functional areas simultaneously to effectively and efficiently place team members while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.Utilizes problem solving skills to proactively troubleshoot and minimize defects and rework.Understands and supports the change management process on the organizational and departmental levels.Ability to handle multiple tasks, set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely manner.Demonstrates substantial attention to detail and accuracy.Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.Values teamwork and is approachable, collaborative, responsive and enthusiastic.Communicates changes efficiently and effectively to appropriate leader or group.Qualifications:High School diploma or GED preferredMust be 18 years of ageExperience in a related fieldStrong technical skillsAbility to navigate and utilize complex phone systemsAbility to learn and adopt software quicklyProficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Access)Familiarity with staff scheduling and staffing operationsStrong oral and written communication skillsDemonstrates diplomacy and tact when working in stressful situations with all levels of staffPhysical Demands:Ability to move freely (standing, stopping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistanceJob classification is not exposed to bloodborne pathogens (Blood or bodily fluids) while performing job dutiesWork Environment:Use of computers throughout work dayFrequent use of keyboard with repetitive motion of hands, wrist and fingersScheduled Weekly Hours: 24Scheduled FTE: 0.6Location: Orthopedic Spine and Pain Clinic - Appleton,WisconsinOvertime Exempt: No
