We're excited to find our newest Delivery team member in Brazil!Your main focus will be on establishing robust sales cycle processes to effectively support the expansion of our retailer choice and offer solutions to our valued partner stores.As part of your responsibilities, you'll take the lead in negotiating with Enterprise clients, as well as coordinating a team of Sales Executives dedicated to prospecting mid-market and small retailers.What You'll Do
  • Collaborate closely with the sales strategy team to construct a quarterly pipeline for the sales force, ensuring alignment with our business priorities.
  • Plan a store prospecting strategy, striving for leads that meet high-quality standards.
  • Take charge of a team of sales executives, establishing clear goals and objectives, and consistently supervising team and individual performance.
  • Orchestrate the development and execution of sales training programs for your direct team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Generate and analyze key performance indicators for the sales department, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop an action plan for identifying niche stores in Uber Grocery & Retail, focusing on proactive hunting strategies.
  • Devise a comprehensive strategy to attract best-in-class partners who can seamlessly integrate into our platform.
  • Apply Salesforce to optimally monitor team and business performance through informative reporting and dynamic dashboards.
  • Take the lead in negotiations with our esteemed Red Carpet clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
What You'll Need
  • 4+ years of confirmed experience in commercial and sales areas (prior experience in e-commerce companies is preferred!)
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, with an interest in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated negotiating prowess with top management of mass consumption companies.
  • Outstanding executive interpersonal skills, encouraging strong connections and collaborations.
  • Experience collaborating with mass consumption companies or retailers.
  • Proven track record of encouraging teams to surpass quotas.
  • An empathetic leader with outstanding communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
