As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our clients. This role requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in payroll processing. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is full-time. Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in payroll processing Strong knowledge of ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software Roles And Responsibilities Process payroll for clients using ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Generate payroll reports for management review and perform payroll reconciliations Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies Assist in the preparation of payroll-related statutory filings Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives
