Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Tool and Fixture Specialist to join the Operations Team in Heath, OH.This position will be responsible for fabricating, modifying and repairing of machinery, parts, tools & assemblies using both manual shop and CNC type equipment (mills, lathes, etc.)Position Responsibilities:Works with minimum supervision to operate, and adjust all types of manual or CNC machinery by following manufacturing best practices, blueprints, schematics, process specifications, engineering sketches, with oral instructions.Performs metal fabrication and repair – Primarily sheet metal (punching, bending, shearing and welding).Works in conjunction with engineering, operations and quality to improve nonconforming parts, assemblies, manufacturing processes and repairsAdheres to all safety and security requirements within the facility.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
