- Conduct legal research and analysis on employment laws and regulations to determine merits of a case and legal strategies
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in different aspects of employment-related litigation cases
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Assist in opposing Motions for Summary Judgment
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations
- Provide Assistance in preparing a case for trial - even participating and/or doing the trials yourself with our trial team.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the state bar.
- Proven track record in real estate transactions
- Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Proficient in lease negotiations and drafting.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
