Michael Hohl Honda is hiring for a full-time Internet/Business Development Representative. Average monthly is $4,000 - $5,000. Hourly guarantee with an aggressive commission and benefits package! Healthy work environment and very low employee turnover. This position is considered a career, not just a job. Looking for the right candidate that is pursuing long term goals. Excellent training program and structure.Qualifications
  • At least one previous customer service roll of 6 months or longer required. Call Center experience a bonus, but not required
  • Position requires a sales license after hire
  • Valid driver’s license, background check and drug screen
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Strong computer skills
  • Upbeat personality
  • Ability to work independently as well as functioning in a team environment
  • Performance based position, good attendance mandatory
  • Position heavily based in text messaging, AI and emails. Strong grammar skills and ability to articulate the message in text form
  • Strong phone skills
  • Organization and ability to multi-task a must
Responsibilities:
  • Internet sales based – lead handling and sales calls
  • CRM software navigation
  • Learn/retain information regarding vehicle specs and relay that information to customers
  • Presentation of financing options where needed
  • Complete a sale in its entirety, where necessary
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales team and management
  • Accountability in daily tasks/touches regarding lead handling such as, but not limited to: follow up, future follow up, appointment setting
  • Fast to response to new leads, incoming calls and text/emails
  • Multi-task and handle more than one customer at a time
