- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workplace which includes the dining room and expo station
- Ensure proper setup and shift maintenance, along with breakdown of expo station.
- Help and accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
- Responsible for calling all tickets, expediting food, reading and matching food to tickets and garnishing appropriately.
- Follow steps of service. Practice effective coursing of tickets and maintain tables as needed.
- Come to work in proper uniform, neat and clean, with a positive attitude and ready to work on time.
- Know the full layout of the restaurant, including but not limited to, table numbers and storage areas.
- Be the expert on our menus: food, drinks, and daily specials.
- Assist fellow team members in the performance of their responsibilities. We hire team players only!
- Hospitality and guest service is your top priority! You should be able to display an outgoing personality and always be polite.

- Act with integrity and honesty
- Alert management of any issues that may arise with a guest.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Tap Room.
- All other duties assigned.
- Ability to work holidays, even if their regularly scheduled days do not fall on the holiday.
- Physical requirements: You must be able to do heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and remain on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with people.
