- Actively engage with existing and prospective customers to promote, sell, and secure orders through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to customers, assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new business for the company’s products/services.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Coordinate sales efforts with various company departments, including marketing, sales management, and technical service groups.
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Commitment to continual learning and improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge.
