For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:Sales Operations Specialist with GermanReference number: ARIA/03/2025Workplace: OpoleJob Description:

Contacting potential customers
Identifying key decision makers and generating interest
Creating and updating training materials and instructions
Building lasting relationships with customers based on trust
Solving complex problems
Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment
Good knowledge of supply chain management
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B1)
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel
Analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time
Good communication skills with internal customers
Experience in dealing with customers will be an asset
Experience in training and knowledge base development will be an asset
