Housing Litigation Senior Associate/Legal Director 6+ PQE - Leeds A leading Yorkshire firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their Housing Management and Litigation team in Leeds. The Opportunity: As a Senior Associate or Legal Director in this team, you will work closely with the Partner advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious residential landlord and tenant matters. The team have an established residential client base, including those in private, public and third sectors. This includes some of the largest UK residential landlords, with nationwide long leasehold and tenanted portfolios, as well as property consultancy firms, managing agents, property developers, retail lenders and fixed charge receivers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the future growth of the team and there are significant opportunities for progression to Director/Partner. The Ideal Candidate: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE. · Experience gained within an established housing practice. · Experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious residential landlord and tenant matters. · he ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and potential clients and enthusiasm for business development. · Ideally experience of supervising junior colleagues. · On offer is a market-leading salary from around £70k upwards depending on experience, as well as a highly attractive bonus scheme.
