This role is responsible for ensuring that their region’s software applications, which include BuildPro, Zendesk, and EnterpriseOne, are performing effectively within our company’s integrated systems. They will also have oversight and management responsibilities in making sure that our software applications comply with the regulatory requirements of a publicly traded company. The Field Operations System Manager will provide National Production-Customer Care leadership performance updates of our software applications and thought leadership on areas for improvement.What are the primary responsibilities?
  • National Production & Customer Care System Administrator Contact
  • Establish themselves as the point of contact for field operatives on adoption and troubleshooting of any issues from our software
  • Partner with IT Business Solutions team members in fielding requests to 3rd party system support
  • System Setup & Maintenance
  • Manage for their assigned region’s ServiceNow requests submissions for all user set-up and/or updates.
  • Work with key division and corporate stakeholders when integration issues and/or errors arise from software
  • Training & Adoption
  • Identify and develop training for field operatives on software
  • Reporting & Monitoring
  • Work closely with the National Production/Customer Care team to propose continuous software and/or workflow
  • Continuous review of applications for financial and security role controls to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Handling of general office tasks and all other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?
  • Essential:
  • 3+ Years of experience in a construction environment
  • 3+ years of BuildPro experience
  • MS Office proficient
  • Time Management, Multi-tasking abilities to perform at a high level
  • Preferred:
  • Background in residential construction
  • 2+ Years Zendesk experience
  • 2+ Years EnterpriseOne experience
  • 2+ Years SupplyPro experience
