- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Schedule from 8:00 am to 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday.
