  • Keep track of bill due dates and manage them on the calendar.
  • Provide seller information to attorneys upon property contract confirmation.
  • Schedule utility and insurance termination dates for contracted properties.
  • Coordinate the completion of due diligence requests during the acquisition phase.
  • Arrange house cleaning services as necessary.
  • Distribute contracts and tax forms (1099's) to investors when required.
  • Order lunches for contractors and acknowledge their birthdays with gift cards.
  • Maintain a record of contractors' birthdays and ensure timely recognition.
  • Schedule property staging and removal services as needed.
  • Create and utilize a material template and design template.
  • Generate captions and post on social media platforms 3-4 times per week.
