Stock Controller

• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands. You will also assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, labeling items, and organizing inventory storage areas.
• Supports the Store Manager, monitoring and managing inventory levels. Responsibilities may include updating inventory databases, reconciling stock counts, identifying discrepancies, and assisting with inventory audits.
• Ensure that Company Procedures and Policies are adhered pertaining to stock, inventory items and material delivered to locations.
• Monitor fluctuations and/or patterns in stock levels.
• Performing checks on both incoming and outgoing goods, matching actual amounts to respective documentation
• Help with restocking shelves and managing stock rotation
• Any other duties which may arise from time to time due to the exigencies of the operation which are linked to the duties mentioned above.

• Having a good computer knowledge especially using Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and keep track of inventory levels.
• A good team player.
• Able to communicate in Maltese in English.
