Role/ Job Title :Portfolio Manager - Credit Cards Function/ Department: Credit Cards Job Purpose: The position will be responsible for managing organic portfolio actions for the segment, managing spends and customer lifecycle management along with portfolio, BIU and marketing team Roles & Responsibilities: Managing product positioning, work on increasing card spends/drive regular customer engagements Complete ownership of customer portfolio P & L metrics including spends, cross-sell and book growth Tracking and optimizing the segment activation & usage for better profitability Work closely with portfolio team for all portfolio & cross-sell related actions for millennial segment Lead interactions with marketing & campaign team to keep creating novel portfolio & customer engagement campaigns Formalize program calendar to drive strategic activities planned for the segment Key KRAs - Segment Spends, Revolve, Monthly Activity & Early activation Key Stakeholders - Portfolio, BIU, HPE, customer service Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and segment's strategic objective Education Qualification: Graduation: Any Graduation Post graudation: MBA, PGDM Experience:5 - 10 years of relevant experience
