- Relevant research expertise
- Experience with supervision, teaching and/or programme management in higher education
- Experience with participation in research projects and/ or experience with participation in national and international research networks
- Documented competence in relevant educational theory and practice based on training or on teaching and supervision
- Good programming skills
- Competence in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
- Good written and oral communication skills. The working and teaching languages are Norwegian and English.
- Relevant work experience from the industry
- Experience in obtaining externally funded research projects
