Under guidance of a Senior Product Manager, this individual will manage the marketing, sales support, and financial growth of the assigned product lines. Interact daily with the Physician Office sales force to answer questions and provide directions on items and pricing. Will be expected to prepare content, present, and effectively communicate with the Physician Office sales force, and extract and analyze data to support business growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate and execute marketing plans to drive portfolio growth.
  • Provide follow-up to sales force by answering product questions via e-mail and phone, cross-referencing competitive products, preparing quotes and conducting competitive pricing analyses.
  • Extract data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to make data more efficient, analyzing, and interpreting trends from the data, and reporting trends to add business value.
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports, and work cross functionally with the analyst team to develop specialized reporting to address business needs.
  • Assist in creating and delivering communications and training programs for sales reps and follow up with them to ensure timely and efficient field support. May deliver training to sales reps
  • Offer top-tier customer service through swift, thoughtful replies.
